That all depends on the home, but it doesn't make any difference for you, the owner.  The land impact of a Linden Home does not count against the allowance for the parcel that it's on, so you can use the entire parcel L.I. for your own furniture, gardening, and whatever.

Linden Homes are currently all on 512 sqm plots, so you get 175 LI for your use - and as Rolig said, the house does not count toward that 175.
