I new  and if you can tell me where  to get free a free naked  body and  female  body  parts and how do u get pregent  . It would help  a lot . Oh  and how do u  view  your inventory  and go places not listed in the destinations,

Welcome to Second Life. You need to change Mode. Before you log in to Second Life next time choose the Advanced mode.

When you have Advanced mode log in and type in Search (right top corner of screen) freebies and you will see a list of places where is possible to find free items.

To the other part of your question, you can do a search on 'maternity shapes' and find many places to get a maternity shape.  I have a freebie 9-month shape I will send you inworld.  For the others, you will need to do a bit of searching about.
