hellos its been awhile since i been on sl and when i came back to see whats changed   i could only get into my alt account and would like to reactivate my main avi i sent support a ticket about 4 -5 days ago and have not gotten a response yet all the ticket status says is being processed has sl support gotten worse while i was gone or is there estimated time it will  be till i get a response not trying to be impatient  just want to understand :)

Took about a week to get mine straightened out. Things went quick once they got up to me in the queue.
