Hello loverjoker. Maybe you are in Basic Mode with Viewer 2. Relog in Advanced Mode.

Do you mean that you can't teleport anywhere?  If so, check your firewall settings. If your firewall is blocking outbound TCP port 12043, you may not be able to teleport or even walk across sim borders.

If you are using the destination guide in Basic mode, its possible that the pages aren`t loading properly for your computer for whatever reason. Relog on Advanced mode as you will have an inventory with some landmarks as well as a map & search abilities to find places to go in addition to the destination guide, so you may have less problems with the other methods.
