Grandfathered Homestead Estate and/or Grandfathered Full Island Estate.   Two private island sims, both grandfathered.  Willing to sell together or separately.  

Tiers are $95 and $195 respectively.  Homestead is paid through 10/14/2018 and has current tenant.  Full island estate is paid through 10/4/2018.

Asking $95 for Homestead, $249 for full island or $325 for both.  LL Transfer fees not included.  Keeping Grandfathered tier is buyer's option.
