Willing to sell together or separately. Tiers are $195 and $95 respectively. Full island estate is paid through 10/4/2018. Homestead is paid through 10/14/2018 and has current tenant. Asking $249 for full island, $95 for Homestead or $325 for both. LL Transfer fees not included. Keeping Grandfathered tier is buyer's option.
