Ya read the title, i can't change content rate, and i presume that i need to age verify and i don't know how...

if you are 16 you can't change until you are 18.  16 year olds get to stay on G rated sims and see G rated content

you have to be atleast 18 years old to change youre title so you have to wait till your 18

If you are in the US, you should have already known the answer.  If you are not in the US, then know that LL (the owning company) is based in the US and must follow US law concerning anything that is considered mature/adult content - and many other locations have similar age laws.
