It is on its way to Cedar Creek and will be making landfall on the 20th at 8pm SLT. It is moving at 5 mph and will stall over Colorado for a few days. We are expecting 15 inches of rain fall and excessive flooding. Zone A is mandatory evacuation due to flooding. Cedar Creek is luckily Zone B. Stay tuned for further news on Liberty!
