Ginger Shostakovich
I hope this is the right part of the forum to ask this. I wear a standard avatar (mostly because I've been in Second Life since 11 years and if I didn't, a large percentage of my wardrobe would not fit), and I have noticed something recently. All the shoes I have which have a shoe base, especially the ones with high heels, still show part of my heel sticking out rather pointedly. (Newest viewer, shoe size 0). What has happened, and is there any solution to this problem? I realise that most people won't cam onto my shoes, but it's driving me nuts. :D Thanks! angeoco
You need to wear an alpha section, which would hide the part of the feet that is covered by the shoes.. That would normally be supplied with the shoes. If you don't have any, you can get a set here: https://marketplace.secondlife.com/p/Alpha-Layers-for-Boots-Shoes-2011/1805419 Edited September 20, 2018 by angeoco add link
Ginger Shostakovich
Great, I'll do that. Thank you! (shows you how old my shoes are - none of them have an alpha layer. They are from when Invisiprims were a thing. But I don't want to get rid of my Tesla's. )
Claireschen Hesten
If you have no interest in getting a mesh body and want to wear your old shoes as well as any new styles that might take your fancy Maitreya feet would be a good investment most system feet shoes will work but may need to be re-positioned and re-sized https://marketplace.secondlife.com/p/Maitreya-Gold-Mesh-Feet-High/6798276https://marketplace.secondlife.com/p/Maitreya-Gold-Mesh-Feet-Flat/6798210https://marketplace.secondlife.com/p/Maitreya-Gold-Mesh-Feet-Med/6798263
