You only tell us "it doesn't work"... perhaps read the sections about BIlling, and Buying and Selling L$ in the knowledgebase, there's a lot of info about things that possibly can hold your process locked.

What's your payment method?  If you are using a credit card, it does not work in that direction.  You need a verified PayPal or Skrill account.

Also, check your cashout limit.  If you only recently established a payment method, it may be zero.  Wait at least 30 days.
