On Lindex you first sell your L$ on https://secondlife.com/my/lindex/sell.php? and the credit goes to your SL account as US$ which you then send to your Paypal account using "Process Credit" on your Account Summary.

If you have never used Lindex to buy L$ you will probably have a $0 sell limit, in which case you may want to use one of the other approved exchanges http://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/L$_Marketplace
