New Viewer and the jiggle..can somebody help a technically challenged avie....please!!!!

I downloaded the newest viewer and cannot find anywhere the function to jiggle and wiggle with the rest of you.  I dont know where to look or what to do.  As I think this can be fun! Can somebody please help an avie out with a step by step (dummy version) of where to go and how to get it started.

Its in your clothing editor, if you click the gear at the bottom to add a new layer its one of the layers called  New Physics.
