I've age verefied myself several times, but it still hasn't given me the option to switch to AC

Last week I age-verefied this character and a new one I made. Neither are being given the option to access Adult Content in the preferences, yet each time I confrimed it it said my information was valid and accepted. What's going on?

For some reason Account verification (adding payment info ro your account) seems to be a more reliable way to get your maturity rating to be changable. Age Verification should actually be better but doesn`t always trigger it. You can either add payment info too or submit a ticket saying that you are age verified but your maturity rating is still stuck on moderate/mature.
