How do you sell Mainland on Marketplace?

I would like to advertise a parcel for sale on the marketplace, but have no idea how to do so. All the guides I have encountered in my search are geared towards selling items.

Malienna, just create an item for sale, like a notecard or landmark, and list that.

You are incorrect. Many people advertise parcels for sale or rent on MP.

It's true.  There's a whole category called Real Estate.  I'm not sure who actually looks there.

Presumably someone thought there was a need.  I never think to look there, but I am only one person.

The Real Estate Categories have been on the Marketplace from the beginning.  

To list Real Estate, create a notecard with all of the information on the land you are selling, then list the Notecard. 

The listing MUST be set to Zero L$ as the sale happens in world and not through the Marketplace itself.

The listing should then be placed into the appropriate Real Estate sub-category, depending upon the type of parcel or island you are selling.
