How do I buy Lindens with canadian money on paypal?

I got 30 bucks on paypal to go towards SL money, but I went to the 'buy lindens' page and it's all saying US dollars.  WTF?  How do I do this please???  And it better not charge a bunch of fees!  There's FEES involved?  arrrgh!  Help?  :(

Lindex doesn`t accept Paypal as a payment method for residents outside of the US. Some of the other approved exchanges do & they also exchange using your own currency instead of converting it to $US first. http://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/L$_Marketplace

According to latest Linden blog they are soon going to have a payment system for our friends outisde the U.S. in their local currencies.
