Q1: How is the community?

A: landlord is hella friendly, they also have small community events, from what I was told, there are around 16 land tenants in that area.

Q2: How big is the land and how much are you paying right now?

I'm currently renting a 1/5 HS PRIVATE ISLAND 12880 SQM, 982 PRIM, SHARED SHALLOW LAKE, FULL SAIL AND TRAIL IN TEMPLETON COVE ESTATES.

I'm currently paying around 2800 L/w for this area.

Q3: What can I access as a roommate? 

outside the house, you can access the water area (swimming, sailing etc)

 in this house, you are accessible to what I have already decorated.

1. The balcony: a piano over 100 songs, and a small outdoor dining area

2.  kitchen, dining table with eating drinking animations ( and tons of food choices! ), and cooking animations also!

3. Living Room: TV that can play youtube videos, a couch that has adult animations and couple animations, a fireplace with 40+ animations as well.

4. Laundry Room:  animated washing machine

5. Bathroom: bathtub, shower, toilet, and sink with animations!

6. There is an empty garage, basically, i don't plan to use it so feel free to put our car in~

7. you also have a personal small mailbox next to your room to keep notes in.

Q4: What about the rooms ?

I currently have two rooms upstairs, one with a small wardrobe room and one without!

Both of them aren't decorated yet.  You have around 150 each for your own room decoration/ Or if you want  I can decorate your room like mine.

Mine has an adult bed with a lot of animations ( 3p available too ) and a study area with animations

Q5: How much do I pay ?

2800 L divided in 3 (person) will be 933 per week. But I'll go down to 900

But we can talk about the price
