I bought some stuff and never recieved it. It says it has been delivered but I rebooted and lost em.

Hello Morpheus. If you sure that your purchases arent in your inventory, Open your dashboard --> Marketplace --> My Marketplace --> My account --> Order History --> Take a copy of your last purchase(s) --> Create a new notecard in world --> paste them there --> send the notecard to the merchant explaining what was happened and asking politely for redelivery.

Alternatively: Dashboard --> by the left Account --> Transaction History --> take a copy of your last transactions and follow the same process as i reported.

You are not alone, Morpheus.  There have been systemic problems with delivery from Marketplace recently, so we're seeing many questions like yours.  Merchants are also aware of the issue.  You'll find that most are very sympathetic to your request for redelivery.  Just follow the advice given elsewhere in this thread and send a polite request directly to the merchant.
