For instance, when you highlight part of a post to quote it, the 'quote' pop-up has changed. I posted a couple of days ago that I thought that clicking 'Ignore User' used to work off the bat, but it doesn't any more. You now have to select what you want to ignore. I'm sure it used to automatically ignore posts. I also got the "site is being upgraded" for quite a while either yesterday or the day before.
