not received L$

Question

It looks like you are not using a valid payment method.  Perhaps you are using a prepaid credit card of some kind (not allowed)?  Or maybe you are using a debit card instead of a credit card (usually does not work)?  Or maybe you are using a PayPal or Skrill account but you forgot to put money into it first?

Skrill, but did you forget to invest in him first? in what sense I did everything correctly, the last time I paid for any time I have had no problems and I immediately lazily L $ and when I was told that the payment is not confirmed and I wrote in the 1st group about some help, and I was told that I could pay kolonku where prihodit L$ in 8 days I waited for those 8 days, and I think they will come, but when I went, I saw that a few ranih days there to be deviation balance
