Why can't my item on my land can't delete?

For  3 days I have this item on my land and I tried to delete it and it wouldn't delete its still there. Is anyone out: there that can help me?:smileysad:

Welcome to Forum. Could you give some more details please? Are you the owner of the item? Is the item scripted? Is the item invisible? Are you the owner of this land? There are many ways to remove the item but you can also have so called ghosted prim. This is why more details about the item is needed. If this is ghosted prim only restart can help.

Sometimes things get a bit stuck. Something to do with caching on the server, I think. If what Identity suggest does not turn up anything, and you are on the mainland you could try to file a ticket to have the sim restarted. If you are on some other land you could IM the owner and request that the sim is restarted.

Unless, you know, the item suddenly decide to dissapear afterall.

There are several reasons why a prim may appear to be undeleteable, can you explain more about what is going on.

Hello Mr Alberti. You can't delete the item or you can't "catch" it? There is a difference. Use "Ctrl+Alt+T" for toggling highlight transparent objects. Maybe it will help you.

well im mr alberti and my wife land is mrs damour and i have put the item on my wife land for our water front land. 3 to for days after either me and her can not delete it its still there.im not the owner of this land. its dolphin created by myused swindlehurst.

You should always be able to take items back to your inventory that are owned by you, even if the land is not yours. Right-click the object and go to edit and check who is shown as the owner of it.

hi i had the same problem fix it by wearing the object and detaching it
