Pretty much anyone that isn`t in the US has trouble with the automated system. If you have a double last name, try entering that without the space between the names & if you have moved recently, try you last address.

If it still fails, you can get Account Verified instead by adding payment info to your account. You will need to buy the minimum number of L$ on Lindex to do that.

Once you are account verified, you will be able to change your maturity rating in preferences to Adult & you will have access to all adult content with the exception of the few parcels where the owner has specified age verification only.
