If you gave your password to someone else, and they changed it so that you can't log in, that was really dumb.  Don't EVER give your password to anyone else!

What you should do is follow the instructions here: http://community.secondlife.com/t5/English-Knowledge-Base/Password-and-account-information/ta-p/700017#Section_.5 (What to do if your account has been compromised)

By the Terms of Service, you are responsible for anything that is done by anyone using your Second Life account.

I'm going to guess....

the "but she don't let me play" part suggests this other person changed the password and the OP is no longer allowed to log into SL. So, the OP has posted a topic here to find out how to recover their password so they can try and sneak back in.
