On Sansara continent, yes?

I was just shopping a week ago, I remember that I looked at this. I mention for other readers: this is a nice spot. I didn't go with it because I was on the fence also considering a place on Atoll continent and ended up going with that (because railroad). Though I remember visiting this one because it is definitely among the better parcels at a road side.

EDIT: Just looked at the map, now I'm not sure if I visited this one or not. But I remember the vicinity, it's among the nicer areas of the continent.

I just put it up for sale yesterday, I had a tenant on it  since our group bought it (up until yesterday). We would keep the land but we want to consolidate our land holdings and invest in larger plots of land. The price is 80% lower than other land in the region and it is below the cost my group paid for it.
