Paid for premium, account still basic.

Hi guys, i paid for premium on sunday 22, i received the mail thanking me for buying premium and the amount is fully paid for with paypal.

My account still says basic today.

i've send ticket to LL but after 4 days still no answer back! 

Are they closed for the holiday? 

Any help is greatly appreciated.

I'm sorry you had difficulty upgrading your account.  Upgrading to Premium should be an automatic process that changes the status of your account immediately.  However, sometimes a prim goes astray and the account doen't get upgraded correctly.  My team has your ticket right now, and you'll be contacted shortly about getting everything settled.  Sorry this caused you to lose out on that parcel you had your eye one.  We do currently have quiet a bit of beautiful mainland available, so we are more than happy to help you find the perfect spot to set up your home.

No they are active but might have a bit less staff on duty now in holiday season, I bet they will look into it at time and I think they will find something to compensate for the lost premium time.

We are just users here, there is a small chance that a Linden will look into this thread though - but I would not count on it.

@Keira Linden Thank you so much for your hopefull reply, i am patiently waiting for the ok from LL on my account. I dont know what went wrong exactly but i am hopefull it will be fixed asap. I know there is still a bit of mainland available at any time but this one really shook my *****   Looking for a nice parcel can be a pita!

sometimes it is.. but nowadays if you find a nice spot, ánd it's abandoned, you might be lucky. Send a ticket to support and if possible they will set it for sale to you.

a bit strange thing is... in dutch we dó call it vakantie tijd  (vacation season) but as soon we translate it it becomes holidays ....
