Your bought parts will not feel things, nor do really things. Only your mind does. You can experienc totally the same without additional bodyparts, it's only cosmetic. No. This is something that needs to discussed with an imitate partner, but in my opinion, the more things you use the more things you have to go wrong. If you want, you can add genitalia, animations, appendages, costumes, furniture, toys, various body fluids ... whatever special stuffs the two (or more) of you feel that you want. However you do not need anything but a partner. I know most men (and many women) will want to see the snake and it cool if you want to go that route but even that is not needed.
