someone please help me with screen resolution

I don't know what I've done but my screen resolution turned out like this (picture attached). I can't see full screen, its like zooming in. Please help.

Login on the viewer - it looks like you can't see the login button but as long as your username & password are saved or entered, just hitting the ENTER key on the keyboard will log you in.
Once logged in, use CTRL+ALT+SHIFT+R

This will reset the UI scaling setting to default.
