Changing Blender NLA Extents without time scale change

In the Blender NLA Editor's Action Extents and Strip Extents time intervals is there a way to change these in a way that does not change the Scale (time scale) parameter in the Playback Settings, and so will keep the keyframes where they are?

This problem is solved. When action strip tweaking is closed, if in the NLA Editor Properties (NKey) Action Clip panel the Sync Length checkbox is checked, the extent range will automatically adjust to the first and last keyframe.
