Punishing the previous owner for what is basically bad manners isn`t going to happen, though it would be nice if it was possible lol

As for finding your stuff, is it a private estate and the sim was sold to a new owner?

Have a word with the new owner and find out if your stuff was on the sim when he took pocession or if he got the sim empty. Check your offline emails (including junk) to see if you received the notifications that get sent when things are returned.

Once you have as much info as its possible to get, you can try submitting a ticket, but don`t get your hopes up.

If sim`s are removed from the grid with renters belongings still on them, then LL are able to bring the sim back and give tenants 24 hour access to retrieve their stuff, but it sounds like the sim still exists in your case and clearly your stuff is not on it, so there may not be anything LL can do. But its always worth a try, can`t hurt :)
