Every time i try to log in it says cant create GL Rendering and it crashes ??

Every time i try to log in  it  says    cant create  GL   rendering and then it  crashes,  can someone  tell me  what to do  to correct this problem  please ?????

I think you are using a very old viewer.  Have you upgraded to V2 or a TPV lately?

I downloaded version 2.6.5 beta and received the same message it still says cant create GL rendering context. and it wont send a crash report afterward what is TPV ????
