Help with Weight Painting Issue

I just started learning mesh and am mostly using tutorials. I am working on a bikini and the top rigged perfectly but the bottom is doing something I'm not sure how to fix.

I don't have any current knowledge of Blender and Avastar except what I've learned from tutorials. 

I've been following this tutorial.

It would be best if you don't link to tutorials by copybotters that contain links to pirated dev kits and software. Edit your post.

Sorry, I was not aware of any of that. It just happens to be one of the few I found and was suggested to me.

Your issue is that you can't pose an avatar to fit clothing and then bind it to armature. Blender doesn't support that feature. You have to leave the character in TPose and adjust the clothing shape accordingly.

I've read so many comments from people over the years and they seem to just become more rude as time passes. How bout you edit your attitude. There are plenty of new people here that don't even know what copybotting is. Maybe explain that first before making demands to people you don't know
