finding new grid coordinates

Hi. I'm needing to move a sim that I am buying. I need to specify grid coordinates to move it. How do I find a location to move it to?

If you use firstorm there is an option to display co-ordinates on the worldmap. Pick somewhere empty and count it. to the nearest sims on both x and y.  " Move&View>Minimap>Show Grid Co-ordinates "

You can also go through the process of buying a new full sim, without actually committing and you get a map that you can scroll around with the numbers showing. Red lines show where you can't go. As long as you go no further then the map where you pick it you won't complete the sale.
