I was inspired by an old video from Alicia Chenaux, she basically created a challenge where people were required to wear mesh items they had bought from 2016-2017. I been thinking how we all always rush to buy the newest and hottest releases , wear them once or twice and then completely forget about them. Let's appreciate what we have. Time to dig deep into your inventory and clean the dust. Can't wait to see what guys come up with. Current events are excluded. And don't forget to put credits!

Ok, so this is from 2016, I had it saved as an outfit. I just had to swap the body to a newer version because I dumped old ones.

Head: Catwa, Helena

Hair: Mina, Wynona

Dress: Pixicat, Thorn, Rare

Shoes: Reign, Ribbon Heels

Body: Maitreya, Lara

Makeup/Skin: Not sure

I didn't even have to look LOL as one of my all time favorites IS OLD.

This photo was taken in August of 2017. The dress is from 2015 -- so yes I cheated a bit but I am OLD :SwingingFriends:. 

I have worn this dress a few times including a machinima filming. It is indeed my favorite Baiastice dress -- and I have a lot of Baiastice :D.  This is the Bia Dress and hopefully still available as it has GREAT staying power.  We went dancing at Franks a day or so later and there were many eyes focused on this dress LOL.

 

FUN!

 

PS. I didn't "buy" this. I don't buy clothes :D. So full disclosure.

Everything except the dress is from mid 2017 - the dress is actually from mid 2013, just because it was one of the first items in my "older stuff" folder that I tried on.
Body: Maitreya, Lara
Skin:  Modish, Rinna
Hair:  Truth, Harriet
Dress: Cristal's Creations, Sabrina
Shoes: Elysium, Astrid Classic Pumps

I remember when I first started ( 12/28/16 is rez date, I'm still newer lol) I was thrilled with this pantsuit (Crossback Jumpsuit) from Santino Design and loved this hair from Emotions. It's called Nella.  Maitreya Lara body.

I don't remember when I purchase the skirt, 2015? Is a gift from N-Uno, the only "wearable" mesh I still have in my inventory.

This is one of my favorite pre-Maitreya Dead Dollz dress. It's XS so it needs some alpha hiding but I love it. Hair Katiusha by eXxEsS must be 2015 or older because I bought them around January 2016. The rest is new (Maitreya, Lelutka Cate and Glam Affair Hazel)

I've been wearing this last few days, it's at least 3 years old. The banana (Project K_Eat Banana) is just for fun for this snapshot, the hat i got today form the SL15B gift grab. (not sure if it was today's gift, i opened them all only today)

The whole body suit with whole body alpha is from -Shu Mesh- called Genese, TRUTH HAIR Lotus - Black&Whites01Fade, TRUTH HAIR Fleur Flowers [Pink]. Skin is !Imabee: Florentien - Scarlet. The hair goes inside the suit, so it's not very good with this...

What a neat idea. I went the whole hog and reverted back to my old system classic body and head too. Everything you see here (except the house) is from 2014.

I didn't bother to take off the body. S+ fits me surprisingly well. Some minor alpha cuts. I can't imagine that I will trash my Zaara jewelry. The ring from 2010 is perhaps the most worn accessory in these years.

Avatar complexity 101 413. Not too bad. It is not what I wear in a crowded shopping event, but ok to wear elsewhere. One of the Zaara bracelets is the big bad there. 52 000 in complexity. Wear at home. The Banjara is only 5000, I can wear it when I go out and about.
