Many people who have been using them eventually run into this, when the card comes up for renewal. Try using an actual CREDIT card, or use PayPal or Skrill. It is simply not suited for use on SL. The 1$ is a test, your card has to be able to two way traffic, yours only did one.. thats why it fails.
