how do i customize my avatar?

Hello lovelylilo. At first if you loged in in basic mode with Viewer 2, you need to relog in Advanced mode. You can find your purchases in the second tab of your inventory and if you reloged in the folder called "Objects" in your main inventory.

Its possible some of your purchases if not all, to need unpacking. So you need to go at a region where you have rights for rezz but better more to go to a Sandbox for that. Fermi Sandbox is a place which i recommend. There you drag the objects/items on the ground --> Open --> Copy to inventory --> right click on them (one by one - you see them now at recent tab) --> Wear. You repeat the same process for the rest purchases.
