Purchasing a full region on sailable water

I have been looking to buy a full region on sailable water but am struggling to find anything. Any advice or suggestions appreciated so much! :-)

depends where you look for it... if you want only a sailable private region you can buy any sim that is for sale... simply lower the land and voila... there's your sailable sim.

BUT... if you want a sailable mainland sim... that will be a total different thing.. just like Rolig said... extremely Rare...ánd very, very Expensive.

A land search turned up only two regions for sale at present that meet your criteria, Whiskers and Valgerd.  On a brief inspection, Valgerd appears to be the better deal.

There may be other regions whose owners are willing to sell, or who'd be open to a generous offer, but those are the only ones that showed up in my in world search.
