i am trying to buy a hud in tiny empires- but the transaction wont complete- i have funds

Sometimes when I have difficulties making a purchase, I hover my mouse over the item I want to buy, wait for the little green circle to appear, click it and choose pay. The other way to do it is right click and choose buy.
