hi my avatar is showing up as a blank white oval, how do I get my avatar back and how do i find the items I just bought with linden $ I cannot find them in inventory? thank you

At first try to reload using Ctrl+Alt+R. Be sure that all your items loaded. Open your inventory, type something in search there and wait fetching ALL your items till the last one. After try to change outfit. Also is good to move in another region with less lag. If you still have problem in viewer 2 give the command: Menu Develop (Ctrl+Alt+Q) --> Avatar --> Character Tests --> Test Male/Female.

Something else you can do is to clear your cache:

(XP) - C: - Documents and Settings - (USER NAME) - AppData - SecondLife
(Vista) - C: - Users - (USER NAME) - AppData - Local - SecondLife
(Win 7) - C: - Users - (USER NAME) - AppData - Roaming - SecondLife

Delete the contents of the folder and restart.

About your purchases now open your 2nd tab in your inventory called Recent. Your items must to be there. If you dont see your purchases there, open your dashboard --> Marketplace --> My Marketplace --> by the left Order History and check there if your purchases delivered. If they were delivered, take a copy --> create a new notecard --> paste them there --> send the notecard to the merchant explaining what was happened and asking politely for redelivery. We have usual problems with deliveries by Marketplace last days so the merchants are informed about.
