Shift Manager post spam invites to inworld groups and fb groups, in addition to confirming the next sets team (DJ, Host & Manager), find covers for the next team if there are sets that have no scheduled team member and or find covers for team members that no shore or ask for cover. Shift Managers also resolve any conflict or problems that occur during sets and escalate, if needed. Additionally the shift manager will occasionally schedule staff depending on their needs and inquiries.
