Use a normal web browser, and log in (with your UserName and password) at Http://secondlife.com

Check your account settings in there to see what it says, this is called your Dashboard. Account settings is clicked on upper left side of page.

Post a picture of what you are seeing. Accounts don't get "Paused".  Since you say "displayed", I'm wondering if it is a group tag or titler that you are seeing.
