My Items are not shoing up in my inventory

Hello ebonysecho. We have often issues with deliveries from Marketplace last days. I hope soon LL to fix it. If you are sure that your purchases are no in your inventory, Open your dashboard --> by the left choose Account --> Transaction History --> Copy your last transactions --> Great a new notecard --> paste there them --> send the notecard to the merchant explaining what was happened and asking politely for redelivery.

I think you can get them back by clearing your cache according to instructions on this page. Then log in to Smith, click 'Recent' in the inventory sidebar tab and wait for the inventory to load fully ( the item number above the inventory stops counting).

That should give you back all the items you have in the inventory.
