I made some purchases in the marketplace that have not been delivered. how do i get these items?

I made some purchases at the market place on 4/11 and 4/12 that have not shown up yet.  I would like to get these items delivered to me.  can you help get these items delivered?

First, check your Transaction History (secondlife.com >> Accounts >> Transactions ) to get the records of your purchases. Cut and paste the information into a new notecard and send it to the Merchant, along with a politely phrased note that asks for redelivery.  There have been some serious problems with delivery from Marketplace recently, so most merchants will understand exactly what's going on and will be glad to redeliver your purchases.
