Has to go through Paypal (perhaps another choice for countries outside the US? Not sure). From there you can transfer to your bank. There has never been any way to "refund" to your credit card.  Not an option. 

SO many reasons :D.

You can do a Process Credit transaction to a PayPal or Skrill account, but not to a credit card.  Credit cards are not designed to work in reverse.
