Glitched content access

In my prefrences my content access is stuck in general. Its not letting me change it back

There was a thing on your account page where you could set your preference / set a date of birth or something but I cant see it on mine .. so it might have been removed

Is this problem on the SL Marketplace?  The usual reason is that you are not signed in.  Until you're signed in, the MP will only show you General content.

If the problem still occurs when you are signed in, or the problem is in your viewer preferences in world, file a support ticket.  There is a bug that sometimes prevents people from changing this setting, even though they are old enough to do so.
