Firestorm Crashing

Hey, lately when ever I use the viewer firestorm (My fav viewer) it crashes. It has gotten to the point that i am only one for two or three minutes and it crashes! Constantly! It is the reason I canceled my premium subscription. I can not figure out why it is doing this and it is the latest version too.

Why didn't you try another viewer then? After all FS is not the official one, and there are many more third party products which are much more lightweight.

The firestorm team offers extensive troubleshooting on their website, as well as a support system to contact them without needing to be online in world. You should go through that channel as they're the most knowledgeable to help you.

And for the love of god, when contacting them, be as specific as possible unlike you are in your post here. Provide your computer specs, the specific FS version you use and a detailed description of your problem. The more info you give the higher the chance of receiving a solution to your problem.
