how do i cancel a order i placed on marketplace that has not been delivered

Go to your Order History on the marketplace & check the status of the order.

If it says Delivered, then the seller has already been paid so you won`t be able to cancel even if you didn`t receive the item. You need to contact the seller with a copy of the transaction, either in IM or Notecard and ask for redelivery.

If the status says Failed you will get a refund automatically.

If it says Queued For Delivery, it will stay that way for up to 8 hours, before changing to delivered or failed. You could try to submit a ticket asking to cancel the order if it is still queued, but there is no guarantee the ticket will be actioned before the status changes. https://support.secondlife.com/create-case/
