I just rented a estate land, wondering how i go about doing a sim rest.?

ask your landlord.. most have quite good teams for support

we can not see what you rent... full size sim or parcel, that makes a huge difference

when you have estate manager rights you can do it yourself in the "estate"menu ( same as the "about land" just for the total sim settings)

when you rent a parcel you need a estate manager or simowner to do it for you

im getting this message every time i go on the land

unable to create item that has caused problems on this region.

You should speak to someone from that company then.  They should have managers to assist you.  It's part of what you pay them for

This happens when the region has run out of memory. A region restart will fix it.
