How to Stop Hair from Disappearing When I Change Clothes?

Ever time I change outfits, my hair disappears and I become bald. How can I stop this from happening

Clothing is not my specialty but you could wear the items you like and make an outfit and save it to a folder. One way to do this is to Wear the items you want then Right Click on your Avatar and select Edit Appearance. In the menu window that opens you should see the Save or Make outfit selections. One of those will create a new folder in your inventory with all the items you are wearing. If you create a bunch of Outfits in Folders you can change everything together as a set.

To remove items without losing your hair you could open your Inventory and type the word Worn into the inventory search box, then select each item you would like to remove one at a time. Right click on Items in inventory to see edit options for that Item.

It sounds like you are using REPLACE when you change outfits.  This will, in effect, remove everything you currently are wearing, including hair and any objects like a hug, a dance hud, etc and put on whatever you wanted to replace it with.  Since your folder only has clothing in it, it replaces the clothing.  If there is no hair in the folder, it removes the hair and replaces it with nothing.

The best option, is to select 'wear' when putting on clothes and then make sure you have removed all prim bits of your former outfit by checking the 'worn' tab in your inventory and clicking them off.  This way, you will not remove your hair or anything else you did not want to remove.

As Venus said, you become bald because you have saved the avatars without hair. So when you wear an outfit and you become bald, add hair and other stuff if you wish and save it. Dont use save AS because this way you will have still the old outfit without hair and it possible to be confused again in the future.

We use the command save AS only when we want to save our old outfit separately.
