Why didn't I receive an e-mail explaining why my account is suspended/banned?

Hi Ayuven,

If you did not receive an email then it is likely that you are not suspended, but your computer has been blocked by mistake.

Only LL can unblock it,  you can try calling the free billing number (sometimes they are helpful) other wise you need to email to support@secondlife.com
