5120 Looking For 5120 Beach Type Water View

It does not have to be Sailable, i'm just looking for a great View. My budget 35,000  I know its not great might be able to increase a little bit for that perfect view.

have you found land yet? I have 2 adjoining parcels on Alcona - they front on a 4-region lake and sailable, protected rivers - you might like one or both of them.  Skyspinner Soulstar.

Does it have to be directly on the water? I've got something that is in a quiet sim very close to the Blake Sea, but it's not directly on the water. It can offer you a good view of the ocean on two sides of the property though.
