Question

Hi all -

I'm getting the ubiquitous "frame load interrupted due to policy change" error message when trying to access audio files from a web screen in SL. I'm with the Oklahoma State University Library, and we have some of our material online in hopes of getting other groups interested in the resources we have. One of our pages is mocked up to look like a jukebox selection window, and we have links to the audio files related to each "label". Works in a regular online environment, but not in SL. Just keep getting the "frame load" error. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers -
Mary

I had this problem about 4-5 days also and the other users suggested me to watch this space for updates: http://status.secondlifegrid.net/2011/04/21/post1276/

Try to clear your cache :

(XP) - C: - Documents and Settings - (USER NAME) - AppData - SecondLife
(Vista) - C: - Users - (USER NAME) - AppData - Local - SecondLife
(Win 7) - C: - Users - (USER NAME) - AppData - Roaming - SecondLife

Delete everything into this folder and restart.

Eventually the problem was fixed next day. I hope to be fixed for you too soon.
